There maybe a situation where either student or teacher has to cancel a lesson.  There are no penalties if either student or teacher cancels at least 4 hours before the start of the online class.  The lesson will be rescheduled at an agreeable date.  If the student cancels less than 4 hours before the lesson, it will be forfeited and the student will lose one paid-for class.  If the teacher cancels less than 4 hours before the start of the class the student will be entitled to a free lesson.

There maybe on occasion the need to make changes to lesson schedules, this may mean that there are some time slots that are no longer available.  If this happens the lessons are not refundable as they will be rescheduled at available convenient times.
